How do I get more information?

Go to the CONTACT page. Email, phone or fax your name (job title if applicable) and address, and we will send you full product details and prices. All our supports are supplied with fitting and care instructions. Please note that although we have years of experience we are not qualified to answer detailed medical questions. If applicable, refer these to your GP or Pharmacist.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Herniacare support.  You will know within a few days if it is right for you or your patient.  We accept returns for any reason within ONE WEEK (ONE MONTH for registered Medical Practitioners) and will send you either a replacement or a full refund (less postage cost) as you instruct us.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MASTERCARD and VISA debit or credit cards, personal Sterling or Euro cheques made payable to “Nealbourne Ltd”, or direct transfer payment by BACS into our company account.

How long will my order take?

We offer an EX-STOCK service on all standard size products, and despatch is BY RETURN. Your order is delivered to you in a discreet opaque bag by Royal Mail Packet Post.
